 Leanne Cooper-Brown is a highly specialist Occupational Therapist (OT).&nb
 sp\; She has over 20 years&rsquo\; experience working with the neurodivers
 e population and specialises in assessment and intervention.&nbsp\; As an 
 OT Leanne practices from the social model of disability and believes that 
 in the right environment\, anyone can achieve their desired occupations.&n
 bsp\;Ian Gardner\,&nbsp\;District Operations Manager&nbsp\;for the DWP in 
 Swindon and Wiltshire will explain the&nbsp\;support that may be available
  to employers to assist in retaining\, recruiting and supporting their wor
 kforce.&nbsp\; Ian will cover both Access to Work and becoming a Disabilit
 y Confident employer\, as well as sharing other small adjustments that may
