- Looking for new revenue streams?
- Need to re-position your current product offering?
- Want to maximise your business’ potential?
Fast paced and dynamic, this fully-funded workshop is designed for businesses which have a digital element to their products/services in the Swindon and Wiltshire areas.
Brought to you at a time when many founders are adapting their business models to suit a changing and uncertain environment, this Innovation Workshop will give you dedicated time with expert mentors to revisit and scrutinise your business model.
Broken down into two half day sessions, more suitable for the online environment, it will give you the opportunity to consider different financial models, develop new and existing products as well as identify new revenue streams.
The outcome will be a developed business model with a greater potential for investment and growth.
You will have the opportunity to work with a researcher from one of SETsquared’s Scale-Up partner universities – Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Southampton and Surrey – which will give you a unique perspective into your business and an objective problem solving resource.
In addition, by taking part in this workshop you will become a member of our high-profile
Scale-Up Programme. This will give you access to exclusive events, expertise in growing businesses and dedicated support to help you raise public and private investment.
As well as the workshop, there is a requirement to attend two webinars. The first one introduces the Business Model Canvas, the methodology that this programme uses and the second introduces the concept of testing assumptions.
The programme is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

Who should apply?
The Innovation Workshop is tailored for registered businesses with a digital tech-based product or service with several years of growth.
It’s very much a team sport and is most suited to teams of 2 – 3 from the same company. There is no requirement to be in the same room – the workshop will be organised so you can all collaborate virtually. There is also no requirement to purchase any new software, we’ll take care of the tech and logistics.
To cater for earlier stage ventures, we will also be running Start-Up Entrepreneurship Programmes later this year. You can register your interest for these using the form below and we’ll let you know when we release the first dates.
Applicants do not need to be associated with SETsquared’s university partners in any way.
