Under Section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992, Swindon Council has a duty to consult with representatives of Non-Domestic Ratepayers about its proposals for expenditure, in particular, about its proposed Budget and Council Tax Levels for the forthcoming year.
This meeting, with senior Council Members and Officers, will discuss issues relating to the Council’s Budget and associated matters relevant to the wider Business Community.
The meeting is planned for 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 22nd January 2019 in Committee Room 6 at the Civic Offices Euclid Street Swindon.
We sincerely hope the Business Community attend this meeting to enable the Council to be better informed of the Business Community’s views before it makes important decisions regarding its Budget.
