An outline of the workshop
The workshop is designed to provide a repeatable process for approaching sales objectives. Sales is often regarded as an Art; an activity that can only be performed by a certain type of individual. In fact successful sales people can come in any form and this workshop will provide the delegates with core sales practices that will give each sales engagement a greater chance of closing or failing quicker. Delegates will be asked to bring along a live opportunity that can be worked through during the session.

Delegates will leave the workshop with a list of actions they can take to move their opportunity forward. They will be able to advance their opportunity significantly as a result of the opportunity, either towards a successful outcome or towards the realisation that the opportunity is likely to fail, in which case they can focus resources elsewhere.

About Allyn Rogers
Allyn started his sales career at Pitney Bowes before moving into the healthcare industry; first as a product specialist with TYCO Healthcare selling Laparoscopic surgical instruments, and then with Microtek Medical (Ecolab) in Toulon where he migrated a local acquisition into the Group business.
Allyn then took up a Regional Sales role with International SOS covering West Africa, based in Lagos, Nigeria. During his time there he launched an air ambulance service and opened a training centre. He was responsible for establishing a project team for the FIFA U17 world cup in Nigeria and for the European Observation Mission’s 2011 inspection of the Nigeria Presidential Election.
He also graduated from Imperial College London in 2016 with an MBA in Entrepreneurship. Allyn is an accredited international sales facilitator with Miller Heiman.
