Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) is a programme developed to upskill employees within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Swindon and Wiltshire. SSW provides recognised, accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.
HR Champions is part of Serco’s network of expert organisations chosen to deliver the SSW programme in your area. Because SSW is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), we can support your workforce at no extra cost to your business.
HR Champions specialise in Management Development training, with over 20 years trading experience. They will be delivering a 4 day course in 'HR for Managers' on the 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th June.
The course is great for line managers that are working with HR processes but may not necessarily have a CIPD qualification. It looks at the whole process from advertising a job role to recruitment to a dismissal and all the legislation in between it all. It is an ILM qualification with modules related to HR.
Delegates will be required to attend all 4 training days.
