This 3 hour session will help you to improve your confidence; discover who your target customers are; think about how and when you are going to communicate by creating winning, convincing communications to acquire new business.

During the workshop, you will:

  • Identify prospects and build your leads ‘funnel’
  • Plan your potential customer communication journey
  • Understand customer needs and wants
  • Create effective written communications
  • Manage data effectively
  • Discover how to get new business meetings and run them effectively for results
  • Clarify the best ways to sell your products and/or services naturally and confidently

Following the session, you will also have the opportunity to book in virtual meetings with a Business Navigator to discuss other ways in which the Growth Hub could help your organisation.

 

This workshop and follow up sessions are all delivered free as part of the SME Competitiveness Programme, funded by the EU Regional Development Fund.
