Bath Spa University is delighted to be launching MentorMe, its new revised mentoring scheme.  By working with a platform called PushFar, it is now able to engage with more people than ever before, allowing a greater number of  students to benefit from being mentored by this fantastic business community. 

It is currently recruiting mentors who are able to offer their time and experience to MentorMe by supporting our BSU undergraduates in bridging the gap between university and employment.  If you think you can assist students to explore their career aims and goals and empower them to confidently navigate their way into the graduate marketplace or establish themselves as a freelancer or sole trader, the University would love to hear from you!

There are many reasons why becoming a mentor could be a rewarding and beneficial experience for you such as:

• Access to a pool of potential employees
• Personal development for you (or your team) in terms of developing coaching skills
• Satisfaction of helping a student to achieve their career aspirations
• A raised business profile on campus
