Gaining new customers and growing your business go hand in hand, but HOW do you actually sell?
Having sales skills and knowledge is a challenge for many and often does not come naturally. This 3 hour session will help you to improve your confidence; discover who your target customers are; think about how and when you are going to communicate by creating winning, convincing communications to acquire new business.
During the workshop, you will:
- Identify prospects and build your leads ‘funnel’
- Plan your potential customer communication journey
- Understand customer needs and wants
- Create effective written communications
- Manage data effectively
- Discover how to get new business meetings and run them effectively for results
- Clarify the best ways to sell your products and/or services naturally and confidently
Following the session, you will also have the opportunity to book in virtual meetings with a Business Navigator to discuss other ways in which the Growth Hub could help your organisation.
