Swindon animal hospital Eastcott Veterinary Referrals has purchased a 1.5T high-field MRI scanner as past of a £3m expansion, which has seen the introduction of its own comprehensive neurology service.

Headed by leading clinicians Virginia Crespo and Alex Hamilton, a neurology service has grown exponentially since its launch, allowing an increasing number of animals with brain, spinal cord and neuromuscular system conditions to be treated at the hospital.
