Independent housebuilder Acorn Property Group has completed on a new development site in the Wiltshire village of Urchfont. The £7m, 1.5 acre scheme has been purchased with full planning permission to develop a total of 13 new homes.
The new development has been named Hazel Green and will offer a mixture of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and one bungalow.
As part of the development activity Acorn will also be contributing towards upgrading sports and recreation facilities in the parish, improvements to public open space and additional space at the local secondary school.
