At Nationwide we know that we can achieve more together than we can alone, and we would like to unlock the potential of early stage businesses here in Swindon.

We are developing a new six-month mentoring programme in Swindon for early stage businesses, where we will provide skills, space and support for organisations with great products and services, and a real appetite to develop these further.

Over the six-month programme we will work with you to deliver tailored support to tackle a specific challenge facing your business and help you develop clear strategies for growth.

What does the programme look like?

The programme runs for six months starting in mid-April and we will be offering office space, tailored support and a series of masterclasses.

Who are we looking to support?

We want to support early stage businesses, less than 18 months old, within the Swindon area who are looking to grow or develop their product or service. We would love to hear from organisations who;

  • Reflect our culture and values (we’re the UK’s largest mutual, and have a clear focus on doing the right thing for our members, our business and our local community)

  • Have an inspiring product or service with a plan for development

  • Want to learn and move their business forward (we want to really help over the six-month programme – can we help tackle your biggest barrier to growth)

  • Have a link to our innovation & venturing themes: House & Home, Personal Data & Identity, Financial Wellbeing, Banking as a Platform, Communities & Society, Operational Efficiency, and New Segments
