Following the grant of planning permission at the end of
2020, Huw Thomas Commercial has completed the letting of Unit 11 Bath Road
Industrial Estate, Chippenham, to the South Western Ambulance Service NHS
Foundation Trust for their new ambulance and rapid response vehicle base for
the Chippenham area.
The modern detached 3,000 sq.ft industrial unit is located
just off the A4, so provides a quick and easy exit route onto Chippenham’s road
network.

“Chippenham’s long established current ambulance station is subject to redevelopment proposals, so the Trust were keen to secure a new base in the town.”
