Swindon-based commercial solicitors Clark Holt have acted on the sale of Sundog Media Toolkit to Hollywood-based Deluxe Media Inc.

Sundog is a leading automated SaaS (software as a service) solution for mastering and versioning TV and movies. Deluxe is a global provider of digital and cloud based solutions and has been one of the industry’s leading post-production film facilities for nearly a century.

“This is another example of Clark Holt’s corporate transactions in the specialist IT sector involving overseas acquirers,” it said. Philip Humphreys, Peter James and Gail Vallis from Clark Holt worked with CEO Richard Welsh and CTO Chris Ralph on the deal.
