SWLEP Growth Hub is here to provide continuous business support and guidance to local businesses and organisations, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and the ongoing EU transition.

We will soon be launching a national initiative that will be delivered locally through the Swindon and Wiltshire Growth Hub, which will be focused on reducing the UK productivity gap by helping business leaders find practical solutions to strategic and operational challenges.

We will create diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues.  Through interactive action learning, we will enable the business to discuss their own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome these challenges.  From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators will give the business owners flexibility to create a trusted support network that works, helping to build and strengthen the business and improve its overall performance.

This pilot support programme will enhance the leadership capabilities, knowledge and confidence of business owners and entrepreneurs within a local region.  It will help build regional connectivity and strength within the SME business community.
