Introduction to cyber security with Resilient

A three day course covering Cyber Security Fundamentals, an SOC (Security Operations Centre) Overview, hands on exercises and finishing with full training on IBM Resilient, an Incident Response platform used by many SOC Teams around the world. Upon successful completion of the course you will be awarded an IBM Digital Badge.

2019 course dates: 5 - 7 February; 4 - 6 June; 15 - 17 October; 3 - 5 December

QRadar SIEM training

This five day QRadar training course is aimed at those looking to work in a support and operations environment. Students will learn to navigate the IBM QRadar user interface and how to investigate offences. The course covers system configuration, data source configuration, and remote networks and services configuration. Upon successful completion of the course you will be awarded an IBM Digital Badge.

2019 course dates: 1 - 5 April; 13 - 17 May; 7 - 11 October

IBM i2 training

This five day i2 training course is designed to train veterans on IBM's Analyst Notebook tool. Individuals who successfully pass the course will be accredited by IBM as a certified i2 Analyst. This qualification will assist candidates looking for employment as data analysts, especially with organisations who use IBM's I2 Analyst Notebook product.

2019 course dates:  29 April - 3 May; 11 - 15 November

●        Are IT literate with Windows experience;

●        Have a desire to learn about security technologies.

Please note that we will prioritise applications from:

●        Job seeking ex-service personnel or those in resettlement;

●        Those students who haven't already completed one of these courses;

●        Students who are less technically skilled.
