Alder King's latest commercial property market report said
that while Swindon's office market was subdued, the industrial market has gone
from strength to strength with rents increasing, incentives being reduced and a
distinct lack of supply in many size ranges.
Trinity Park at Westmead (80,000 sq ft) attracted Bleckmann
Logistics in Q2 and Ignition at Dorcan now has only one warehouse
available.
Several other large warehouses came to the market at Groundwell during 2021, largely as a result of the Honda closure and the knock on effect to the supply chain. There is strong interest in several of these and also at the former Honda site.
