Development company Hayfield has acquired a prime
eight-acre site in the Wiltshire village of West Lavington near Devizes to
build 50 eco-efficient homes.
The plans for the £21m project will feature air source heat
pumps, energy-efficient underfloor heating, the electric vehicle fast-charging
points available and ultra-fast broadband.
Located off Lavington Lane, on the north edge of the Salisbury Plain, the site has been purchased from Gaiger Properties and Crossmolina with outline planning consent in place. Hayfield has applied to Wiltshire Council for a range of bungalows, maisonettes and houses.
