
Demand increases for flexible offices
The requirement for premium office space in Swindon town centre is said to be heating up as FI Real Estate Management’s 3 Newbridge Square’s dedicated flexible and serviced offices, FigFlex, is now 97 percent occupied.
The record occupancy follows a strong year for FigFlex in Swindon with enquiries increasing 73 percent between 2022 and 2023, with 17 new businesses moving into 3 Newbridge Square in 2023.
Demand for the space at 3 Newbridge Square comes two years after FigFlex launched at the distinctive Swindon hot-spot.
