Wiltshire-based Half Moon Bay, which supplies retailers with
licensed and themed giftware, Bay has agreed to a nine-year lease for the
modern refurbished unit in Melksham.
On behalf of a private client, Carter Jonas’s South West
commercial team secured the letting of approximately 19,000 sq ft of space at
Hercules Way, Bowerhill Industrial Estate in Melksham.
The family owned business began in 1995 by distributing unusual giftware products from the United States. Today, it represents many of the world’s biggest entertainment brands to create products for consumers.
