GreenSquare has celebrated the official opening of its new office expansion at Methuen Park, Chippenham – now home to its GreenSquare Homes teams, encompassing development, sales and marketing, and construction.
Around 30 staff have moved into a newly-converted wing at the housing group's headquarters; the building was previously a building supplies warehouse which closed last year when a new partnership with Buildbase in Calne was announced.
Although staff moved (from the group’s Swindon office) into the new space before Christmas, the recent open day was an opportunity for them to celebrate the move and showcase their teams' work to other colleagues.
Barry Wood, managing director for GreenSquare Homes, said: "We're settling in well at Chippenham! By consolidating our workforce and making better use of space we already had, we’ve not only been able to make savings – which we are able to reinvest into providing services for customers – but also improve the efficiency of how we operate.”
As well as its Chippenham headquarters, GreenSquare has offices in Gloucester and Oxford to support its operations in those areas. The group employs over 600 staff.
