Near £1m support for Swindon company
The winners of an £11m Government funding pot from the to support food sector innovation have included Swindon-based CCm Technologies. 

It has secured more than £980,000 to develop an innovative process that turns by-products from industrial and waste processing facilities into fertiliser. 

It uses captured carbon dioxide from industrial power generation to stabilise materials such as ammonia and phosphates from agricultural and industrial waste to create new fertiliser products with significantly lower carbon and resource footprints.
