Growing toy firm Tinytown Playhomes has expanded into new premises in Melksham, in a deal brokered by commercial property agents Kavanaghs, moving into a 1,345 sq ft unit at Bowerhill Industrial Estate.
The company has been been building high quality, unique playhouses for over 10 years and required new premises to etend its activities. The property was let at the asking rent of £10,000 pax on a new three-year lease.
