
Following a post-lockdown staff survey where it was revealed that 93% of their workforce were looking for some degree of flexibility regarding location, Outsource, a major independent staffing company, is to introduce a hybrid working policy.
“We listened to our people and took into consideration the advantages and disadvantages of home-working and Outsource will be moving towards a hybrid working model,” the company reported.
“We do, however, recognise that home-working, for some, has come with challenges and we look forward to also welcoming even further our colleagues back into the office to support each other, both personally and professionally.”
