Swindon-based chartered surveyors and commercial property agents Loveday have overseen the letting of 33 Sheep Street in Cirencester to Pegasus Planning.
Bradley Forbes of Loveday said: “We are pleased to have agreed terms with Pegasus, who have taken a new lease of this property, a prominent 11,000 sq ft three storey office building with ample parking, situated in the heart of the town centre.
Pegasus Planning was advised by Paul Williams of Avison Young, who said “My clients were already located in Cirencester and had a lease coming to an end, they were delighted to find 33 Sheep Street”.
