Work is well underway to bring Swindon's historic Carriage Works back into full use. Already home to the Royal Agricultural University’s Cultural Heritage Institute, the Grade II-listed buildings will now be a base for the University of Bath.
The university will use one of the units for its Innovation Centre for Applied Sustainable Technologies (iCAST) which will help create green, sustainable technologies.
Along with Bath, iCAST will also be a home to the University of Oxford and the High Value Manufacturing Catapult’s Sustainability Partnership.
