The Swindon Designer Outlet has been sold to La Salle Investment Management, a subsidiary of the property giant JLL, which agreed to buy both Cheshire Oaks and the Swindon Designer Outlet from Nuveen Real Estate for £600m, according to reports.
It was said to have beaten off competition from Bluewater owner Landsec to seal the deal, which represents a yield of six per cent, according to a report in The Times.
The Swindon and Cheshire outlets are managed by McArthurGlen, which is expected to continue in the same role under LaSalle.
