Swindon-based Fundamentals, the leading manufacturer of voltage controls for the UK’s power grid, and Australian company SystemCORP Energy, have joined forces as part of a single Fundamentals company.

Fundamentals has also secured a £2m emergency CBILS loan from Lloyds Bank with help from specialist corporate finance advisory firm Shaw & Co.
