
The awards, now held all-year round, are judged on a variety of categories. These range from where ingredients come from, to how well local sourcing is communicated to customers. Judges also assess the quality of the food, ambience, value for money, and atmosphere of an organisation.

- Timbrell’s Yard, Bradford-On-Avon.
- The Village Inn, Liddington.
The aim of Taste of the West is to champion both hospitality providers, as well as food and drink producers in the South West. For 30 years its award programme has supported and promoted the food and drink industry in the West Country. It is now one of the most prestigious award programme within the region.
