Free Courses for Businesses

Funding is available to support small to medium enterprises to access recognised accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses including level 2 and 3 leadership, team leading and management courses. We can also offer you a free and impartial business training needs review where we will work with you to identify your current and future skills needs.

Professional Development Training Courses – Leadership & Management

We offer a range of ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) management qualification driven training, covering Levels 2,3,4 and 5. You can choose an initial Award programme or a full Certificate programme. All the programmes cover generic management skills required by team leaders (Level 2), practicing experienced team leaders/middle managers (Level 3), and experienced middle/senior managers (Level 5). Skill areas covered in a practical workshop environment (delivered either on employer premises or at our training venue based on the Lackham campus) include communication, leadership, performance management, motivation, conflict, innovation and change, depending on the level of study:

Please discuss with one of our management trainers if you are unsure on what level would be most appropriate. Bespoke management training packages to suit employer requirements can also be delivered, either non accredited or accreditation driven.

Health & Safety

We also offer a wide range of Health & Safety training courses from NEBOSH general certificate and IOSH management training, to HABC First Aid at work and NPTC pesticide courses. In the past we have welcomed staff from businesses based in Bath, Bristol, Swindon, Gloucestershire and across Wiltshire.
