SWLEP Higher Education Strategy Workshop - Devizes

Devizes
The Corn Exchange, The Market Place

Event for employers, education providers and other stakeholders interested in Higher Education

Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Higher Education Stakeholder Event - Your opportunity to contribute to a Higher Education Strategy for Swindon and Wiltshire.

We would like to invite you to a free Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership (SWLEP) event to inform the development of our new Higher Education Strategy.

At this workshop we will share insightful new evidence (including the findings from recent surveys which you may have responded to) and capture your views on the strategy going forward.

If you are from education, this is your chance to:

  • Discuss how we will raise aspirations of young people, increase awareness of the jobs market and improve destination data and progression to higher education.

If you are an employer or have an interest in the local economy, this is your chance to:

  • Improve access to a skilled workforce, to address higher level skills shortages and consider skills solutions to improve productivity.

Wednesday 18 April 2018, 12.30 – 4.30 pm at The Corn Exchange, Devizes, starting with registration, networking and a light lunch
