Following the success of its inaugural Discovery Day in 2024, food and drink innovation centre The Food WorksSW is once again throwing open its doors to hold another free Discovery Day on Thursday 27th February, from 9.30am until 2pm. 

This free event will show food and drink brands all that the centre has to offer businesses, whether they’re looking to test and develop a product, need technical advice or want to take the next step in growing their business.  There will be inspiring talks from a host of guest speakers including Paul Webb, founder of Black Bee Honey, Mateusz Wolf of FoodBuzz and industry experts Barny Butterfield, founder of Sandford Orchards, Carol Myott and Hugh Myott of Flapjackery, and Greg Parsons, owner of Sharpham Dairy and Chair of Food Drink Devon. 

It will be a fantastic opportunity to get a look behind the doors of the West Country centre whilst budding food and drink brands and successful brands gather to talk about all things food and drink.

Located in Weston-super-Mare, less than 30 minutes from Bristol, the centre is the only one in the South West.
