Peer Networks will be run as a pilot and delivered locally by Swindon and Wiltshire Growth Hub, we create diverse cohort groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable participants to discuss their own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions to overcome them. The programme’s longer-term aims are focused on reducing the UK productivity gap by helping business leaders find practical solutions to strategic and operational challenges.

From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give business leaders the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for them, helping them to build and strengthen their business and improve its overall performance.

Active involvement in this pilot programme will enhance the leadership capabilities, knowledge and confidence of business owners and entrepreneurs within a local region. The Peer Networks Programme is funded by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) in response to a commitment made in the 2019 Business Productivity Review.

Benefits of the pilot programme:

Benefits to the business:

Businesses that seek external advice or undertake formal training are more likely to improve their overall performance, but many prefer to take advice from trusted sources, such as their peers, when presented with external challenges and opportunities. • Build a trusted network of connections to support them now and in the future
