They provide practical help, especially to social enterprises, community groups and village services, such as community shops and post offices. National Umbrella for Women's Charities - The Women's Resource Centre


The Women's Resource Centre is the leading national umbrella body for women's charities, with over 500 members. We provide training so that women's charities can be more effective and sustainable and so that they can continue to deliver life-saving services to some of the most marginalised and oppressed women in our society. We also lobby the government on behalf of our members, seeking to join the dots of women's inequality to bring about substantive and transformative social change.

Quench - Enabling social enterprise in Wiltshire


Quench offer co-working space and a cafe's, but their social enterprise training centre is the core of what they do. They believe that Social Enterprises can change the world for good and in a sustainable way. They provide a safe environment where young social entrepreneurs can explore ideas, develop their skills, and set up social ventures as a group. Wanting to offer individual support they also link young entrepreneurs with mentors in the business community to help turn their dreams into reality.
