Event details
Health and Care is one of the fields that has seen significant change in the way services are delivered and it’s ability to do so. On top of this, how health and care are commissioned and resourced has changed, roles have adapted for changing needs and the need for this sector is increasingly exponentially.
Join us to discuss pathways in, pathways up and routes of progression that attract and retain talent, alongside how integrated care commissioning and technical education pathways may change the way we recruit, attract and retain employees.
In a room split between health and care businesses, we will spend the session sharing best practice, discussing possible changes, networking and learning what more we can do to collaborate and integrate skills in the region.
This event is open to any business located in the West of England region or Swindon and Wiltshire within Health Care, Social Care or Life Sciences industries.
