Our Skills Bootcamp in Sustainable Construction Project Management will develop your understanding of sustainable construction practices and how they can be applied across the construction process. You’ll explore the responsible use of materials and resources, accurate estimating and material quantities, waste reduction and segregation, energy and water efficiency, renewable technologies, sustainable materials, embodied and operational carbon, pollution prevention and sustainable site management.
You’ll also be introduced to the core principles of Agile delivery and learn how they can be effectively integrated with PRINCE2 project management practices. You’ll gain practical insight into agile leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management and value – driven delivery.
PRINCE2 Agile Foundation combines the flexibility of agile ways of working with the structured governance of the PRINCE2 project management methodology.
This course is taught in collaboration with Bath College and Coherent Training, and delivered in part by Nat Jones.
This course will follow a hybrid model, combining both online and in person learning. You will collaborate with fellow learners using a range of digital tools and platforms.
