90 Day Business Action Plan for Success

This 3 hour workshop will help you to not feel alone.  You'll have the opportunity to work with like-minded business owners and managers who also want to take immediate action to help keep your organisation alive and growing.  You will be shown how to utilise various tools, techniques and templates which you can then start to implement during the workshop and follow up regularly with Business Navigators.  The session will help you think, plan and clearly pin point how to move your business forward. 

In addition, you will:

• Ascertain where you are now

• What is your vision for the business?

• Conduct a SWOT analysis on your business

• Identify where you want the business to be in 90 days?

• Prioritise and focus - What is working?  What is not?

• Recognise some quick wins - what needs to be done? by when? by who?

By the end of the workshop you will have:

• created a business action plan
• set goals for future success
• identified key tasks that need to be done

Following the session, you will also have the opportunity to book in 3 x 1 hour monthly virtual meetings with a Business Navigator who will help to keep you on track and provide ongoing support during the 90 days of your plan.
