Owain has over 20 years of experience in process improvement with expertise across operational excellence, continuous improvement, lean, leadership, coaching and strategic delivery.

Owain will present an overview of the Wiltshire Fit For Growth programme, with the key highlights, what support is available and how to access the support and grants. He will also give an insight into the type of client work already underway on the programme plus what businesses can gain from the intervention.

Owain will also give background to what impacts have been gained from similar programmes run by BIC Innovation and an insight into his experience and background.
