Our speaker 

Tanya is a senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion leader with 20 years’ experience driving long-term culture and organisational change across large, complex and global environments. She specialises in embedding inclusive practices through effective governance, data-led strategy, and people-centred change management.

Tanya works closely with executives and senior leaders to design and deliver impactful EDI strategies, with a strong track record of improving inclusion metrics, employee engagement and progression for under-represented groups. Her approach is collaborative, empathetic and outcome-focused, supporting organisations to build inclusive cultures where people and performance thrive.

Tanya’s achievements include being featured as an Inclusion Advocate for Pride Life Global (June 2023); Keynote Speaker at HR Strategic Insights (2022); Dstl Employee Support Networks finalists for Civil Service D&I Awards in 2016 (gender inclusion) and 2017 (disability inclusion); selected as a nominee for the European Diversity Awards 2025 by the Nomination Committee.
