The JewelFund offers grants to jewellers to support them in starting and growing their own jewellery businesses. Jewellers from anywhere in the world with a passion for creating jewellery and in need of some additional funding to launch or grow their business will qualify for assistance.
Applicants can apply for one of two £1,000 grants to spend on a specific area of a business. At least one of these grants will be awarded to a jeweller who identifies as Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic (BAME) or from multiple races. As well as the money, applicants will get one-to-one business coaching every other month with the award winning jewellery entrepreneur Jessica Rose.
Applications are open to anyone over the age of 16 who has an operating jewellery business (pre-launch businesses can apply but will need to provide a business plan). Applicants must use the funds to further their jewellery business.
The money can be spent on anything that will improve a business and help it in the long-run. A portion of the funds can be used towards the applicant's salary.
All applications must be received by 28 August 2020.
