A merger between law firms Royds Withy King, which has offices in Swindon and Wiltshire, and Goodman Derrick, has been announced and will take effect at the end of May.
The merged firm will be known as RWK Goodman and will continue to trade from Royds Withy King's current offices across the South West, Thames Valley and from its Carter Lane offices in London. Goodman Derrick's offices in London will close.
Graham Street, Royds Withy King's managing partner, said: "This merger is a significant step forward for both firms."
