what you can do:

Providers need to develop flexible and appropriate methods of course delivery and assessment, and technology can support access to ‘any time any place’ learning that is essential for learners in the work place.

Providers also need to engage strategically with businesses and other stakeholder organisations, and digital tools can help communication, and information and data sharing.

Learners may need some support with their digital capability. Our detailed guide to developing digital literacies offers some ideas and resources to inspire the development of these skills, knowledge and experience.

You’ll also want to support your staff as they adapt to new technological working practices, and our quick guide is designed to help enable your staff to work with digital technologies.
