ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership & Wellbeing Management

Skills Support for the Workforce (SSW) is a programme developed to upskill employees within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Swindon and Wiltshire. SSW provides recognised, accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.

HR Champions is part of Serco’s network of expert organisations chosen to deliver the SSW programme in your area. Because SSW is co-financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), we can support your workforce at no extra cost to your business.

HR Champions specialise in Management Development training, with over 20 years trading experience.  They will be delivering a 4 day course in ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership & Wellbeing Management on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th October 2021.

The Leadership & Management Certification is a comprehensive four-day qualification for  managers who are in post and who have a firm grasp of operational people management. This course reflects on middle and senior manager ability to reflect on their own personal style, and how these impact on organisational culture. 

Day 1 - Managing Mental Health in the Workplace

Day 2 - Individual Mental Toughness

Day 3 - Developing People in the Workplace

Day 4 - Solving Problems and Making Decisions

Completion of this course entails delegates submitting 4 assignments within the deadlines communicated at the sign-up and start of each course. Typically this is one draft assignment per week and the final submissions for all 4 assignments within 4 weeks of the last tutor day. Delegates will be required to attend all 4 training days.
